New poll
We have a new poll—do vote! In our most recent poll, 39.4% of those responding thought the Beltway Sniper was a lone crazy, 54.5% thought him a terrorist
agent, and 6.1% chose “other.” Oddly, it appears that everyone was right.

I voted “No.” The only realistic chance of a death sentence is in Virginia, possibly Alabama. The likelihood of an actual execution is very slim, given the nature of the legal system and the fact that the accused are members of “the opressed.” Look at what happened to the first WTC bombers, who murdered 6 people in 1993.
