At the bottom of that disturbing Telegraph article posted by Mr. Auster are links to others. I clicked on this one: “JEWS SUFFER SURGE OF HATE ON STREETS OF BELGIUM, by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard in Antwerp.” Just so it can be seen how much Antwerp’s Jewish Community has benefitted from multi-culti-excessive incompatible immigration (the thing, Mr. Gil, which Le Pen opposes for France and Haider does for little Austria, and Pim Fortuyn opposed for Holland, opposition which got them all called Nazis and Fortuyn assassinated), here’s part of the article, which was published last May. Members of the U.S. Jewish Community who support multi-culti-excessive incompatible immigration might find it an eye-opening read. So, of course, might gentiles who are of the same persuasion (those Jews and gentiles who have eyes, at any rate): “Dressed in the striking black mantles and shtreimel fur hats of the Hassidic Jews, Eli Fallick and his son stood out as targets for a gang of 20 Arab youths lying in wait. The two were smashed to the ground on their way to the Belz synagogue in Antwerp, near the dividing line between the fast-growing Moroccan quarter and the Jootsewijk, where the city’s 12,000 orthodox Jews live. They were kicked ferociously about the body and head as a chorus of teenage attackers spat at them, chanted ‘Dirty Jew’ and praise to Hitler, the now-routine lexicon of abuse in Muslim street attacks. ” ‘They went on and on kicking. I couldn’t believe what was happening to us,’ said Mr Fallick, a diamond trader, speaking in a mixture of Yiddish and broken French. ‘I’m absolutely sure we would have been done for if the police hadn’t arrived so quickly,’ he said. “Mr Fallick was barely out of hospital a few days later when his 10-year-old daughter was assaulted on her way back from school. She was slapped, punched and humiliated, but not injured. Now she must walk to and fro in a group with an escort, like any child in Antwerp who is visibly identifiable as Jewish. “The incidents are now so common that they rarely make it into the local press, though last weekend it was reported that the Maccabee sports centre on the outskirts of Antwerp had been vandalised for the fourth time this year. A group of Moroccan teenagers tore up the furniture and daubed swastikas on the walls. “This is eerily familiar to Pinhas Kornfeld, who escaped the Nazis as a child, living underground for three years in Vichy France. He is one of only 1,200 Antwerp Jews to have survived the Holocaust and return to rebuild what was once a great centre of Jewish enterprise. Another 27,000 were sent to the gas chambers. ” ‘If we don’t stop this now, it is going to take a very dangerous turn, the sort of turn we haven’t seen for 60 years,’ he said in his well-guarded offices at Antwerp’s Diamond Centre. … “ Here’s the link to the article: I lived ten years in Belgium, from the early 70s to the early 80s, and I know Antwerp and the rest of Belgium quite well. Anyone reading this can take my word for it that there was perfect harmony then between Antwerp’s Jewish Community and the surrounding Flemish Community. No, not satisfactory harmony, not passable harmony, not OK-but-things-could-be-better harmony. Perfect harmony. The sort of thing which this article says happens so often now as to go unnoticed in the press was so unthinkable when I lived there, that had it been reported in the press so much as once, it would have been received with the same incredulity as reports that the Martians had just landed. Francis Rocca writes “Blind Spots on the Resurgent Right,” arguing that center-right parties and coalitions in Western and Central Europe must educate their people to accept the immigration policy recommended by the Wall Street Journal for America. I heard, for example, that the cultures are significantly separated but respectful of the other. I heard there is significant geographic separation and there are separate court systems. You are right that relations there between the Dutch and French cultures, cultures quite separate in many ways, are mutually respectful. It must be said however that each perpetually defends itself against perceived encroachments by the other, and prior to the advent of a Flemish nationalist movement in the 1960s (somewhat similar to the Québec-nationalist movement which started around that same time in Canada), the Flemish half of Belgium felt they were second-class citizens and as if their rightful share of political power and other things, as well as their geographic linguistic area, were gradually eroding. There is a third linguistic and cultural region of Belgium, a German one, called in French “les Cantons de l’Est” (“the Eastern Districts”), and the German (Plattdeutsch) spoken there joins Flemish and French as one of the three official languages of the country. The King, whose personal household language is French, is expected to be able to speak all three. Flemish is a collection of distinct dialects of Dutch and Plattdeutsch. The Flemish-speaking part of the country is called Flanders. That famous poem from World War One, “In Flanders’ fields the poppies grow, Between the crosses, row on row … ” by, I think, Joyce Kilmer, is talking about the northern part of Belgium where, if ever you travel there, you’ll indeed see beautiful scarlet poppies growing wild in the fields all over the countryside. The French spoken in Belgium is traditionally a collection of distinct French dialects called Walloon (“le Wallon” in their language, sometimes spelled with one L), which are gradually being replaced by standard Belgian French which is only slightly different in vocabulary and mildly-to-moderately different in accent from standard Parisian French. The French-speaking part of Belgium is called, in their language, la Wallonie, which I imagine would be “Wallonia” in English but I’ve never looked that up. (I happen to be married to a Walloon girl.) You ask if Belgium might be a model for us in this country if the immigration holocaust (deliberately unleashed by Ted Kennedy and Emanuel Celler in 1965 in the full knowledge of what its anti-white-Christian consequences would be) can’t be staunched. What you seem to be asking is whether this country would fragment into constitutent nationalities, each with its own geographical territory and operating as a separate country or as a distinct ethno-cultural region within a larger country as do the Flemings, Walloons, and Germans within the Kingdom of Belgium. I’ve never thought about what you bring up, and I don’t know if it would happen. But thinking about it now, I would certainly hope that the various ethnicities which make up this country would have the stuff within them to do exactly that, if worse came to worst, rather being changed against their will by Karl Rove and President Bush into some sort of mixture of Mexicans and Muslims. If the Anglo-Saxon élites who made this country have come down with some mortal disease which makes them unable to hold onto it or even to preserve themselves from extinction within it, let not the other white Christian groups who have traditionally submitted themselves to the Anglo-Saxon culture and ethnicity go down with the sinking ship and be forcibly converted, kicking and screaming, into Hispanics or whatever. And not just white Christians: let the Hassidic Jews in Brooklyn and in whole little villages in upstate New York join with Orthodox Jews from all over the U.S. to carve out their own little country or region where they can speak and preserve Yiddish or make Hebrew their official language, and where they may make Jewishness their little country’s official culture. Let the Red Man, who has every moral right to expect this country back if ever the Anglo-Saxon doesn’t want it any more (instead of helplessly being forced to watch as Rove and Bush hand it over to yet more newcomers) carve out once again his Red Indian country. Let traditional Southern Blacks, who are even more put out by mass Hispanic immigration than whites are but you’ll NEVER see that reported in the oh-so-PC mainstream press — let traditional Southern Blacks in this country take a chunk of it for THEIR own nation and culture. (I say Southern Blacks because inner-city Northern Blacks have no culture but have had all their original culture and roots obliterated into nothingness, and all their men castrated, by generations of cynical Dem-Party welfare-ghetto dependency-socialism/victimhood and shameless lies.) Let Cuban Hispanics in Southern Florida, who CERTAINLY don’t want to be ruled or dominated by Mexicans, have their little country. And so on, and so on. Let these non-whites and white non-Christians, together with immigration-aggrieved white Christians such as the Germans in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin (let them set up a German-speaking country), the Swedes and Norwegians in Minnesota (ditto a Nordic-speaking one), the Southern Anglo-Celts all through Dixie (let them finally have their Dixie, picking up at long last where Robert E. Lee left off), and all the others also, divide up this land for their own countries as the Yankee Anglo-Saxons make their astounding, absolutely mind-boggling and utterly incomprehensible epic retreat from the stage of North-American history. Let the country which the Anglo-Saxons are so mysteriously abandoning fragment into its constituent ethnicities, none of which wants to be forcibly changed by Rove, Bush, Fox, or Foxman into Mexicans, Hispanics, Arabs, Muslims, or whatever the hidden plan is. Let each ethnicity then take its stand in its own sub-divided country to preserve itself and thrive into the future, rather than perishing forever in order that the Bush dynasty may become the rulers of some future “Aztlan” or whatever the secret plan of the damned Bush-Rove-Fox-Castañeda Administration is supposed to be. Yes, Mr. Murgos — I think I like your idea. Did you notice the almost throwaway line in the article that in the last month 20 police officers had been sacked merely for having “right wing sympathies”? Another example of political freedoms being curtailed in Europe?
