Novak: War on Iraq is just
Anyone who still opposes the projected war on Iraq ought to read this article by Michael Novak and respond to the arguments therein. Novak discusses the doctrine of just war, the responsibilities of public authorities to defend their people, the nature of Hussein, and Hussein’s likely behavior in this post 9/11 world. Novak is of course a neoconservative, but the arguments he makes here are not neoconservative; they are logical. Posted by Lawrence Auster at February 10, 2003 12:02 PM | Send Comments
Daniel McCarthy offers a nice rebuttal to Michael Novak’s NRO article. http://www.lewrockwell.com/dmccarthy/dmccarthy43.html Posted by: F. Salzer on February 11, 2003 6:09 PMCriteria For A Just War: http://thewandererpress.com/a10-3-02.htm Posted by: F. Salzer on February 14, 2003 5:24 PM |
