Why Bush didn’t anticipate postwar problems

The administration failed to plan for the eventuality of postwar chaos and serious anti-U.S. resistance in Iraq, writes Jacob Weisberg, because the chief war planners in the adminstration were ideologists who refused to take seriously the possibility of outcomes that contradicted their ideology.
