Carlson treats Sharpton with respect
Tucker Carlson, who now has his own “conservative” weekly program on PBS, last week interviewed … Al Sharpton. And he treated Sharpton as a completely legitimate figure. Up to this point, it’s only been Democrats who did that. To give any respect and legitimacy to this unrepentant character assassin, racial arsonist, and ruiner of innocent lives is utterly beyond the pale. Of course, this means that the entire Democratic party is now utterly beyond the pale, but conservatives are supposed to know better, aren’t they? Imagine how Steve Pagones feels, seeing Sharpton give a speech at the Democratic National Convention, lauded by the entire Democratic party, and now, the ultimate disgrace, hosted on a “conservative” tv program. As I don’t watch cable tv much, I don’t know much about Carlson, but I herewith write him off. I will never watch his program again.
