More details on Kerry’s treasonous conduct in the early 1970s
In our discussions of Bush’s and Kerry’s relative lack of qualifications for the presidency, let us not forget that Kerry, according to stunning details of his record that have recently emerged, met with and worked with our North Vietnamese enemies while he was still an officer in the United States Navy. According to Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, … or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, … who, having previously taken an oath … as an officer of the United States … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have … given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.” Posted by Lawrence Auster at October 30, 2004 01:49 PM | Send Comments
If that provision of the Constitution were actually enforced, I expect that at least a third of those currently in office would not be there. Posted by: Carl on October 30, 2004 4:14 PM |
