Helprin on the dangers we are ignoring
Writing at Opinion Journal, Mark Helprin continues to call for a more serious approach to the war and to decry Bush’s unserious, heedless, and terribly dangerous policy. “God help the army that must fight for an idea rather than an objective,” he says.
