The Jersey City victims’ faces were mutilated

Previously I had held off concluding that the killing of the Armanious family in Jersey City was done by Moslems. It had seemed to me, based on an admittedly superficial reading of news reports, there wasn’t enough evidence to say that for sure. But the throat slashings, reminiscent of the ritual murder of Theo van Gogh, should have clued me in. Further, I just read in Friday’s New York Sun that the faces of the bound victims were all mutilated, which I had not previously heard, at least in the mainstream media reports I had read. (A Google search reveals no references to mutiliated faces.) If there were mutilations, that would render absurd the notion, put out by the police, that the murders may have been committed by a burglar or a disgruntled tenant.
