Easongate: a blow-by-blow account

Here is a useful summary of the Eason Jordan affair by Edward Morrissey, of Captain’s Quarters blog. It is a remarkable story on several counts, perhaps the most remarkable being that when the major media outlets announced Eason Jordan’s retirement as news chief of CNN, it was the first time they had ever written about the then-two-week-old controversy.
