Dutch Spring?

The only founding member of the European Union in which a plurality oppose the EU constitution is the Netherlands, historically a stalwart supporter of unification. The Dutch have a referendum on the EU constitution on June 1, and polls show they are against it by 42 to 28. Geert Wilders is part of this opposition.
