Grutter—a revolutionary decision that must not stand

My article, “Grutter—A Revolutionary Decision That Must Not Stand,” has finally been published. Initially written in September 2003, it was subsequently turned down by every regular conservative magazine to which I submitted it. I am proud that Ward Connerly, America’s greatest exponent of the individual in an age of group rights, has now published it in his newsletter, The Egalitarian, and that David Horowitz, the only editor of a mainstream conservative magazine who is open to heterodox, i.e., genuinely conservative, ideas, is simultaneously publishing it at FrontPage Magazine. As the article is long, over 8,000 words (2,500 words longer than an earlier version of the piece I posted at VFR last year), I recommend printing it out for easier reading.
