Dean really does represent the Dems
While many of Don Feder’s columns are unfortunately marred by what I would call “columnese,” a language consisting of heavy-handed slogans, this column is good. Feder argues persuasively that Howard Dean’s attacks on Republicans for being “white Christians” is not merely an expression of Dean’s own angry temper, but a conscious appeal to the Democrats’ radically secular, anti-Christian base.
