People shooting at rescue helicopters; aid efforts stopping
What do you say about something like this?

There are people just taking potshots at police and at helicopters, telling them, “You better come get my family.”A reader writes:
With shots having been fired at military helicopters flying search and rescue mission, evacuation from the Superdome has not only been suspended, but those hundreds upon hundreds of private individuals who brought their personal watercraft into the New Orleans area to aid rescue efforts have now totally stopped.
