A further proposal to pay Muslims to leave

Steve Sailer has linked to a Dutch blogger with a well-thought-out plan of financial incentives to get Muslims in the Netherlands to return to their ancestral countries and stay there. The blogger calls himself Snouk Hurgronje, which was the name of a prominent Dutch scholar of Islam in the early 20th century.
