Imagine that the U.S. Justice Department had studied Marcia Clark’s prosecutorial strategy in the O.J. Simpson trial, and then permanently institutionalized it as their own approach to trying terrorists. That, more or less, would explain the Justice Department’s failed cases against Sami Al-Arian and many other accused terrorists, as described by columnist Deborah Schlussel.
