Righteous Jews, cont.
From Gary Bauer’s daily e-mail, which a reader forwarded:
While the grinches at the ACLU and Americans United for the Separation of Church and State continue their scrooge-like attack on Christmas, the mayor of Jerusalem is sounding a different note. Yesterday, he announced that, once again, Jerusalem will hold its annual free Christmas tree distribution. (The trees are donated by the Jewish National Fund.) The mayor, Uri Lupolianski, wished a Merry Christmas to all the Christian residents of Jerusalem and a year of “peace, tolerance and brotherhood.” I can think of a couple of U.S. mayors I would be willing to trade for him!
