Tancredo the man of the moment
The shockingly strict (by today’s standards) “enforcement-only” immigration bill that was passed by the House of Representatives this week, beating out the “fake enforcement plus amnesty and open borders” bill pushed by el amigo norteamericano del Presidente Fox, also known as George W. Bush, has propelled the immigration restrictionist leader, Rep. Tom Tancredo, into mainstream recognition in the pages of the New York Times, which has a grudging profile of him in Saturday’s issue.
