Be sure to read how the attempt to make the words “temporary workers” conform to the actual content of S.2611, so that the “temporary workers” would actually have to go home instead of having a semi-automatic shot at becoming U.S. citizens, was killed by the White House. I cannot think of a parallel instance of such blatant lying by a U.S. president on a matter of such importance.
