VFR discussions
Several recent entries have had extensive comments added to them since initially being posted, and I urge readers to check them out. They include, “Is Ulysses a Christian work?”, “Coulter’s triumphalism: she’s ok, so we’re ok,” and, especially recommended, “Coulter and God,” which has turned into a lengthy and impassioned discussion about the way women dress today and how nobody, including conservatives, is supposed to talk about it. This is a kind of discussion you will not find at any other conservative publication. In particular, see my reply to the comment that my and others’ criticisms of Ann Coulter were “bitchy.” Also, be sure to see a superb traditionalist analysis of the problem by VFR’s secular Turkish reader, KE. Also, be sure to see my speculation on why overweight women expose their bellies as much as pretty women. Posted by Lawrence Auster at June 18, 2006 11:42 PM | Send Email entry |
