Gems from the Gringa-elect
Howard Sutherland writes:
Here is what the Presiding Bishopette-elect (aka “Bishop Katharine”) thinks about immigration and illegal aliens. No surprise, of course.
And here’s more from this gal, supporting Robinson, calling herself “gringa” and signing off with “shalom” and her first name (only). She may be worse than Griswold.

What does the following statement by the Episcopal chief shepherdess have to do with traditional biblical hospitality toward strangers?: “I ask your support for legislation which will provide for a substantial increase in the number of workers who can enter the United States legally, and eventually work toward permanent residence and citizenship.”
Nothing, of course. But since she relies on scripture as authority for her position, here’s what the Lord had to say through the prophet Hosea about leaders who adulterously courted other nations: “Judah’s leaders are like those who move boundary stones. I will pour out my wrath on them like a flood of water.” (Hosea 5:10). “Ephraim mixes with the nations; … Foreigners sap his strength, but he does not realize it.” (Hosea 7:8-9). “Israel is swallowed up; now she is among the nations like a worthless thing.” (Hosea 8:8).
