The Conservative Mind, 2006 version

The creature called “Jonah,” the former online editor and still the most pervasive presence at the blog of America’s leading conservative magazine, expresses his political ideal:

… I love the Corner during moments like this. Elections have always been great for traffic, and this year is no exception. Everybody gets interested in politics and hits the refresh button like a cocaine-study monkey.

Yes, that’s politics at its best, all right, to behave like a laboratory monkey addicted to cocaine.
