U.S. armed forces starting to Islamize themselves
According to the
Christian Science Monitor, the U.S. military is actively
recruiting and welcoming and accommodating Muslim service members. This is one of the most disgusting and alarming articles I have ever read.
Since I find the actual contents of this article too repulsive to deal with directly for the moment, I will transpose the first few paragraphs of the article into a World War II setting. That way we can get the essential meaning of what is happening, without having to think too much about the brute particulars.

As U.S. troops battle fanatical and murderous German Nazis abroad, the War Department and the armed forces are reaching out to moderate German Nazis at home.
An underlying goal is to interest more moderate Nazis in the military, which needs officers and troops who can speak German and other relevant languages and understand German culture. The effort is also part of a larger outreach. War Department officials say they are striving for mutual understanding with moderate Nazis at home and abroad and to win their support for U.S. war aims. Among the efforts to attract and retain moderate Nazi cadets:
• West Point and the other service academies have opened German Bund meeting rooms, as have military installations.
• Wotan priests, including specialists in Nazi race ideology, serve full- and part-time as chaplains at the academies and some bases.
• Top officers and Pentagon officials, including those of Jewish ancestry, have taken to celebrating German national holidays with moderate German Nazis here in the U.S.
“There is a message here, and that is that moderate German Nazis and the moderate form of the Nazi ideology are totally compatible with American values,” says Deputy War Secretary Gordon England in an interview. [cont.]

And so it goes. Such are the workings of liberalism. For liberalism there is no enemy. And thus there is no war. There are only extremists, and then somewhat less extreme extremists, who need to be brought by our tolerant outreach into an appreciation of moderation and democracy.
(Also, please note that a parody works by substituting one set of terms by another. I do not intend to be saying in the above parody that U.S. Muslim entering the U.S. armed forces are literally like Nazis. However, insofar as they are Muslims, they will in the long run support jihad and sharia—and perhaps already do so.)

A few years ago, I posted on the Forum (May 9, 2004) about Brian Mitchell’s 1998 book, Women In The Military: Flirting With Disaster. I saw Mitchell being interviewed by Robert Novak in the former NET network. Mitchell kept insisting, to Novak’s amazement, that we have “a corrupt, cowardly, third-world military.”
Mitchell had serious doubts as to how the U.S. Military would perform against a powerful adversary. He said some really frightening things. One, the leaders of the American military are loyal to the organization, rather than the any high ideals. Two, while they would have trouble in a real fight, “they can make a lot of mischief.” Three, they will obey whatever orders their political leaders give them. As in other armies, the politicians will find and promote soldiers who will obey their orders.
Nearly a decade later, I see nothing to contradict what Mitchell wrote and much to confirm it. They have continued feminization and gone on to recruiting foreign mercenaries and Muslims. Mitchell didn’t say it directly, but he indicated that the U.S. military could eventually be a danger to the American people, as they “can make mischief.”
As usual, none of this gets through to “conservatives.” Bush supports every bit of this.

And so continues the downward cycle. The feminization of the military already discourages a lot of young men from joining the military. An emphasis on making Muslims feel welcome will just continue the trend. Soon we will be hearing about how Muslims, disproportionate to their numbers, are serving in our military and how this shows their intense loyalty. Meanwhile, the reality will be that officers expressing concerns will be quickly cashiered, Muslims with their group loyalty will work to gain greater power for themselves, and enlistment by non-Muslims will fall as word gets out about the mess. Eventually, Muslims, foreigners, and women will be the majority of the military. When one looks at the complete blindness of these actions, it reminds me of Romans 1:28, “And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient.” Future generations will curse our stupidity.
As a side note, over Christmas we visited my in-laws. I was watching FOX News with my father-in-law, a Vietnam veteran and steel worker for his entire life, on Christmas Eve. FOX had a reporter in Bethlehem reporting on Christmas Eve services as it was already night there. You could barely hear the reporter talk as the Muslim call to prayer blared in the background. My father-in-law turned to me and said, “I guess we had better get used to hearing that.” Such is the demoralized state of a lot of Americans.

Dear Congressman,

Islam is much more than a religion. Islam is a dangerous political movement that seeks to dominate any society in which it is permitted to take root. This is an ideology whose writings and practices foster the grossest forms of slavery, subjugation of women, inter-religious violence, and anti-Semitism. For our military to facilitate the practice of Islam is akin to its accommodating the Ku Klux Klan or the Nazis.
I implore you, in the name of the millions who perished in the Holocaust and the hundreds of thousands of American Marines, soldiers, sailors and airmen who died to liberate the world from Fascism, to speak out against any toleration of the practice of Islam in the ranks of our Armed Forces.
