How race is a part of the traditionalist understanding
VFR reader Jake F. has written an exceptionally interesting statement about the issue of race. He had never thought that race mattered, and was (and still is) uncomfortable with my discussion of it. Then he realized that by the same traditionalist analysis by which we say that culture or nation or civilization matters, so does race.
