If the intelligence gap cannot be closed, then what?
Charles Murray’s recent article on the unchangeability of IQ reminds me of a discussion at VFR a few years ago. Clark Coleman had raised the question:
Let us assume for the sake of discussion that various cultural improvements will never close the IQ and academic achievement gaps. What should be the general public policy position of traditionalist conservatives, other than proclaiming that the IQ differences are real and immutable?Here is my reply.
