Tancredo forms exploratory committee

I neglected to post the news earlier this week that Tom Tancredo has announced he is forming a presidential exploratory committee, a crucial step toward a candidacy as it allows the possible candidate to start raising money. Tancredo’s spokesman said, “We’ve gone from testing the waters to wading in the waters.” Whether Tancredo follows through “is a decision he will have to come to probably closer to the summer.”
