Bush’s borderline behavior

A reader writes:

Glenn Beck last night said that he thinks the president, whom he admires in some respects, is “in bed with Mexico.” He hinted again and again that there is someting inexplicable about things that are happening at the border, except by understanding that there is some deal between Bush and Mexico.
