The transformation in white racial attitudes in the U.S.
According to studies collected at the Occidental Dissent website, in 1963, 62 percent of whites supported laws outlawing marriage between whites and blacks; in 1996, 13 percent of whites supported such laws. In 1958, four percent of whites approved of marriage between whites and nonwhites; in 1997, 67 percent of whites approved. In 1942, 32 percent of whites thought whites and blacks should go to the same schools; in 1995, 96 percent of whites thought the races should attend the same schools.
