Would the rejection of Muslims put the kibosh on liberalism, cont.

In the thread, “What would happen if liberals admitted that Muslims are unassimilable?”, I added a comment by blogger John Savage who disagrees with the view stated by me and others that the recognition by liberals of the unassimilability of Muslims would lead to the abandonment of the modern liberal ideology. And be sure to read Bart V.’s original and disturbing comment which puts the whole issue in a new light. He says that the rejection of Muslims and Muslim immigration would lead not to the dismantlement of liberalism, but to its much greater empowerment.
