Her “laugh” is simply a way that she is trying to connect to the Human Beings. “Human beings respond favorably to other human beings who smile and laugh, therefore I will re-program my circuits to emulate this sound. HAH hah hah hah. That should be sufficient to gain their approval.”

You can hear Hillary’s laughter here. By the way, while we’re talking about too hearty, too full-of-oneself laughs, how about Giuliani’s laughter?
