Warren on The War
Here, published at the website of the American Conservative Union, is Spencer Warren’s review of Ken Burns’s The War. Like Paul Cella whose comment is in our earlier thread on the same subject, Mr. Warren has a much more positive view of the documentary than I and some others have expressed (though of course my own negative reaction was based on watching only a small portion of the program, so I’m not wedded to it.)
