Dead England (sorry, but I couldn’t think of any other title for this entry)
An English university student invites other students to an “English” party promising “no bongos, shisha pipes or Arabic music,” all hell breaks loose, and he sends an e-mail to 3,000 students abjectly apologizing for his transgression. It didn’t occur to him to refuse to apologize?
Is there any point in continuing to report these stories coming out of Britain? Is each such item any more newsworthy than saying, the corpse buried in our garden is rotting, it’s still rotting, it’s finished rotting… Email entry |
