The things America spends money on

President Bush has asked Congress to approve a spending bill that includes among other things $500 million for Mexican police to fight Mexican drug dealers. The request, writes Matt Johnson at Human Events, is “part of a larger $1.4 billion aid package that Bush would like the Congress to pour down the Mexihole in the name of keeping America safe from all those drugs that somehow make it across our secure and orderly southern border.”
