Simone Clarke

Simone Clarke, the dancer with the English National Ballet whose membership in the BNP was exposed last year by a reporter for the left-wing Guardian who joined the BNP under false pretenses, is in the news again. The Mail reports, without any details, that Clarke has been “shunted” to the side in the ballet company because of her political views, and that she may retire from dancing and run for office as a BNP candidate.

Here is a hard-hitting article by Paul Belien at Brussels Journal from one year ago about the way the Guardian invaded Clarke’s privacy and harmed her career. (The Belien article makes one error. Clarke is not “the” principal dancer with the ENB but “a” principal dancer.) Clarke was in fact completely private about her BNP membership and her political views, which are, as Belien pointed out and as I wrote a year ago, rather anodyne—she doesn’t like immigration and crime, and she sees the BNP as the only British party addressing those issues. But the Guardian through underhanded means exposed her BNP membership, and she then found herself attacked for using her position as a ballet dancer to advance the BNP! And the left began to call for her to be fired from her job.

Let’s face it. Leftism is the political form of evil. And the left largely controls the modern West. Where, then, does that leave us all?

Perhaps with nothing more than the sacred duty to resist.
