McCain and global warming, McCain and Huckabee, McCain and La Raza … McCain and Malkin?
A few weeks ago I wondered if Michelle Malkin was planning to vote for McCain, given her strong opposition to him, and I guessed that she’d stay quiet about it, but still vote for him. Here’s further indication of her unhappiness: her item responding to the news that Huckabee is at the top of McCain’s short list for VP. She suggests half-sardonically that McCain will pick Giuliani as DHS secretary, and shows a picture of him in drag. (Yes, in drag. This is the person that vast numbers of establishment “conservatives” thought was the best and the inevitable candidate for president.) However, I still think Malkin will vote for McCain, even if, as a commenter quoted by Frank Miele of the Daily Inter-Lake in northwest Montana has it in response to another recent McCain move to the left,
Now that John McCain is embracing La Raza, conservatives will not only need to hold their noses if they vote for John McCain; they will now need to walk into the polling place backwards with a bag over their head. Posted by Lawrence Auster at May 13, 2008 10:34 AM | Send Email entry |
