Well, I did say, “Bring it on,” didn’t I?
Obama is not waiting to be elected to reveal his real self and the leftist regime he would seek to inaugurate in America.
Powerline writes:
Barack Obama provided his version of a “global test.” Unlike John Kerry’s, this one applies to our domestic, rather than our foreign, policy:
We can’t drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times … and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK.
At the Corner, Yuval Levin asks: “So at what temperature would other countries like me to keep my home, then, and how much should I eat?”

No, but you can refer dismissively to the woman who raised you as a “typical white person.” You can have as your pastor and mentor a minister who damns America. You can stereotype working-class white people as “bitter” and “clinging to guns and religion.” And you and your wife can benefit from your country’s generosity toward your race yet be in your mid-forties before you finally feel any pride in our country—and then just expect that other people are going to say OK.
And “they should be careful” to say that and nothing else, certainly nothing critical that might be construed as an “attack.” “Because that I find unacceptable.”
Five more years of this. My God.
