Mangan on Auster on Sailer

Over at Mangan’s Miscellany there’s a discussion of my criticisms (here and here) of Steve Sailer’s reductionist explanation of white suicide. For a few of the commenters, as has become inevitable in such exchanges, the main focus of the discussion is not the topic at hand but my objectionable personality and suspect motives.

I don’t understand how so many can fail to notice the rollicking atmosphere of hilarity that generally prevails at VFR.

A poster named Buckeroo says this about you: “He also posesses[sic] a virtually negative sense of humor which is deeply unattractive.”

So much for your humorous characterization of the deranged, bridal gown-clad Pippa Bacca thumbing a ride as “Miss Havisham hitchhiking.”
