The evil New York Times overstated by orders of magnitude the number of times KSM and Abu Zubaydah were waterboarded. The 183 and 83 figure in the CIA report referred to individual times water was poured on their face, not to entire waterboarding sessions. It’s explained by Fox News. Everyone knew when that the figures in that story didn’t make sense. There had to be some explanation. That obvious thought did not occur to the New York Times
