The Sarah Palin of the Manganites

You know, I’m starting to get the feeling that Dennis Mangan doesn’t like me. To be more precise, I’m getting the feeling that he’s completely bent out of shape about me. No sooner did he and his commenters finish their last multi-thousand word anti-Auster hate session (see my response to it here, including this summary), than he started another one. Mangan and his atheist brigade need to make up their minds: am I a person who makes positive intellectual contributions, but who has a terrible personality? Or am I a prejudiced, dishonest, irrational, superstitious nut-case whose intellectual output is to be discredited as well? The world waits with bated breath.
