Regarding the insane announcement by EPA administrator Lisa Jackson that carbon dioxide is a pollutant that must be regulated under the Clean Air Act, a ruling that would place millions of homes, small businesses, and apartment buildings under emissions controls, Rich Trzupek at FrontPage Magazine and Kimberley Strassel at the Wall Street Journal both argue that it’s a bluff that can be easily called.

By the way, Jackson has a sly, corrupt look about her that reminds me of Clinton era Labor Secretary Alexis Herman.
