No progress in investigation of murder of Salvation Army major

David B.writes:

Five days after the Christmas-eve murder of Salvation Army officer Philip Wise in North Little Rock, there is no information on the killers (beyond the police identification of them as two black men), despite a $10,000 reward. If there is no forensic evidence and no murder weapon, it would be very hard to prove guilt in court even if by some miracle the suspects were turned in.
