Two comments
In the discussion, “Is Islamic law the problem, or the presence in our society of concrete human beings who believe in it?”, commenter Daniel B. says that Islam and immigration are red herrings and not the real issue; the next commenter, Mencius Moldbug, says that the government is insane and we should just walk away from it, as we would walk away from a junky motor scooter. Update (January 4): the discussion continues, with Mencius and James P. arguing that the American system was fatally flawed form the start and is unsalvageable. They both equate VFR-style traditionalism with the failed conservatism of the 1950s and ’60s. Email entry |
