Kagan seems to see commerce clause as unlimited grant of power to Congress
Reading the lines and between the lines, I understand Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan to be saying to Sen. Coburn that Congress does indeed have the power to pass a law requiring every man, woman, and child in America to eat three vegetables and three fruits a day.
