An amazing political comeback

Thirteen years ago, Marshall Applewhite and 39 of his followers in the Heaven’s Gate religious group committed mass suicide in order for their bodies to be translated to spaceships in outer space where, they believed, they would be reincarnated on a higher level of existence.

Last night, Marshall Applewhite, tanned, rested, and ready, was elected governor of California.
