Getting it from both sides

Even as the liberal mainstream media are flooding us with the wonders of Obama in Asia, the conservative media are inundating us with the marvels of the reborn George W. Bush.

Is there no escape?

Or, as Byron put it at the disillusioned end of his long poem about Napoleon,

Where may the weary eye repose
When gazing on the great,
Where neither guilty glory glows
Nor despicable state?
