Contradictory reports about Mubarak leaving office

The NBC website was saying 20 minutes ago that Mubarak is stepping down, but then it changed the headline to “Mubarak Out”? So NBC is not sure of what it’s saying. Which is not surprising, since its information comes from “sources,” not from any official announcement.
