A theory of Aldawsari

A reader suggests that the Texas student/jihadist, Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari, wasn’t really planning to carry out terrorists attacks, but rather was deliberately acting in such a way as to get himself arrested, and so distract America from much more serious terrorist attacks that other jihadists are planning. I reply.
