Victory: Wisconsin senate passes Walker budget repair bill

They did it by removing from the bill its financial provisions, which meant that a three-fifths quorum wasn’t necessary to vote on it, then they proceeded to vote on it. The bill includes the all-important measure to end collective bargaining by unions.
