Ushering in the new America, flanked by refrigerator-sized security guards

In the entry, “The evildoers in their glory,” Ed writes:

Did anyone notice the number of security guards on the stage with Bloomberg and the Sodomites? The guy standing behind Bloomberg looks about the size of a commercial refrigerator, and there are at least five others, though most of them are looking away from the camera, but the ones whose faces are visible are wearing dark glasses and scanning the crowd for hostile intent. The enemy of course is nothing less than the American people, and their indignation, and only maximum force and intimidation can keep it in line.

Every day the anger grows, and the need for glowering security guards multiplies. This situation cannot last.
