Carol Iannone writing at The Corner reflects on our ever lengthening presidential campaigns. Candidates used to declare their candidacies a mere month or two before the first presidential primary in New Hampshire. Now they declare as much as a year before New Hampshire and 20 months before the general election. Did Romney ever stop running after he conceded to McCain the last time around? Not really.
