Has tide suddenly shifted against Kaddafi?
Just a week or two ago some spokesman for the Western anti-Kaddafi alliance was saying that the Libyan conflict was in a stalemate and that they had given up the hope of defeating Kaddafi. Now the Telegraph is reporting that the rebels have cut Kaddafi’s supply lines and that NATO officials are saying he’ll be out by the end of the month.
